German War Cemetery Rheinbach

On this war cemetery (Kriegsgräberstätte) are 553 graves. In de hospital of Rheinbach many German soldiers died and 473 of them rest on this cemetery. There are also 44 graves of German civilians and 36 graves with an other nationality.

In the last stage of the Second World War the cemetery was bombed. During the reconstruction many casualties could be identified again but many graves have no name on it.
