These two 100mm-guns are from the French armoured cargo boat P21 "Cerons", which was involved in the evacuation of 300 British soldiers on 12 June 1940. She runned aground and afther bringing the soldiers to an other ship, she kept on fighting until the crew was taken prisoner of war.
The wreck of the ship itself still is visible at low tide. The guns were brought ashore in 1995 to be used as a memorial.
