Memorial Lancaster AR F²

In the night of 21 February 1945, an Avro Lancaster bomber was whot down above Lummen and crashed at the Goeren. On the location of the crash, a memorial was erected in the eighties (photo 4,5), with the use of parts of the Lancaster. In September 2011 (foto 1,2,3) the memorial was completely renovated after is was gone in decay.
