This memorial complex consists of:

[n]Memorial "Cranes"
This memorial commemorates the Soviet victory over Nazi Germany. The cranes are symbolizing the souls of the fallen. The road towards the memorial is divided in 5 steppes, with each step symbolizing a war year.

The pillar is 40 meters high.

Eternal fire
This memorial is dedicated to the 177,832 inhabitants of Saratov who fell during the Great Patriotic War (1941-1945).

Fontain of Tears
This fontain is symbolizing the grief and pain of the next of kin of soldiers who fell in the Great Patriotic War (1941-1945).

Alley of the Heroes
This memorial is dedicated to the inhabitans of Saratov who obtained the Hero of the Soviet Union title during the Great Patriotic War (1941-1945).
