This chapel commemorates the Second World War. The chapel is build in gratitude for the saving of the village in the war. The chapel is located at the intersection of Kerkendijk and Nederweertseweg.

This chapel was donated by the widow M. Sonnemans as support to Mary during the war years 1940-1945. It was consecrated on 16-05-1948 and was named: Mother of our mothers
The statue in this chapel was designed by Frits Grips and made by Charles Grips. Charles Grips was a sculptor and painter from 's Hertogenbosch. A year later he also made the statue of the monument at lock XI.
