Memorial Executions 28-11-1944 Jan Vermeersingel
In retaliation for the bombing by the resistance on a train in Rotterdam-North the Germans executed in two places in Rotterdam 10 men. This happened on 28 November 1944 at the s'Gravenweg and the Nieuwe Terbregscheweg.
In memory of these men there are now crosses and a memorial stone with the names of those who were shot on the Jan Vermeersingel and on the Boezembocht.
