Cemetery Executed Officers

In 1993, a cemetery was found in the woods near Borne Solinowo. From 1940 to 1942, when it was called Gröss Born, 4000 Polish, 7000 Russian and 3000 French officers were executed and buried here by German troops.

Nowadays the terrein is completely constructed as cemetery and memorial.
