German War Graves Gildehaus
The Evangelical Reformed cemetery in Gildehaus contains 20 German war graves from the Second World War. They lie in a small field of honor. These are graves of soldiers who died during battles in the region by the end of World War II.
Besides these graves, there are also many private family graves which mention deceased or missing soldiers. Most of these soldiers were killed at the Eastern Front.
