Graves Victims Massacre Bande

The cemetery of Bande contains the graves of the 20 victims of the Bande massacre. They were executed by an unit of the SD (Sicherheitsdienst) on Christmas Eve 1944 in retaliation for an assault by the resistance on 5 September 1944.
