Russian Heroes Cemetery Kursk
This large war cemetery was established in 1943 and serves as burial place for 301 Soviet officers and 2920 soldiers who fell in the tank battle at Kursk in 1943. The remains of 14 Heroes of the Soviet Union were also buried in this holy soil.
