Memorial Finart Bay Royal Navy Commando

This memorial commemorates the soldiers of the Finart Bay Royal Navy Commando who were killed or missing in the Second World War.

This site was the training ground of the ROYAL NAVAL COMMANDO during the Second World War.
Units trained here took part in Assault Landings and spearheaded every
Allied invasion during the war from Dieppe, the Mediterranean,
Burma and the far East to Normandy
