Ukranian War Cemetery Chervone

This controversial war cemetery contains the graves of Ukranian Waffen-SS soldiers who served in the "Galizien" division during the Second World War. A large number of soldiers buried here were killed in the Battle of Brody in 1944, when the division was largely destroyed. There are still human remains of Ukranian Waffen-SS soldiers being found in the region.
