War Memorial St Canice Cathedral Kilkenny

Roger Cecil Slacke, on 16 May 1915.
Henry Desmond O’Hara, on 29 August 1915.
Percy Francis Gethin, on 28 June 1916.

A second memorial commemorates the soldiers of the Royal Irish Regiment who were killed or missing in the Great War (World War I).

Plaques in this cathedral commemorate:
- Samuel Cecil Webb who was killed in the Great War (World War I).
- Robert George Buchanen Riddell who was killed at Spion Kop on 24 January 1900 in the Anglo-Boer War (1899-1902).
