Liberation Memorial Jēkabpils
This memorial is dedicated to the Soviet soldiers of the 1st and 2nd Baltic Front who liberated Jēkabpils in 1944. It also commemorates 9 Heroes of the Soviet Union who fell in the fighting for the city. Sixty meters away from the memorial is a Soviet war cemetery.
