Holocaust Memorial & Cemetery Victims National Socialism
This memorial commemorates 3,640 Jews (including 1,048 children) who were executed here in the dunes from 1941 to 1945. They are buried here in unmarked mass graves. There are also 1,000 Latvians and 2,000 Soviet POW's buried here.
