Commonwealth War Graves Rouen

St. Sever Communal Cemetery in Rouen contains 3082 Commonwealth war graves from World War I.

During the Second World War, Rouen was a hospital centre, just like in the First World War and the extension was used once more for the burial of Commonwealth servicemen, many of whom died as prisoners of war during the German occupation. St. Sever Cemetery Extension in Rouen contains 8,346 Commonwealth burials of the First World War (ten of them unidentified).

Next to the chapel there are 328 graves from the Second World War (18 of them unidentified). There are also 8 Foreign National burials here.
