Castle Ruins Liw

This castle was built from 1421 to 1536 and modernised in the period 1549-70. The castle was badly damaged in following wars and has deteriorated and is in ruins afterwards. These ruins were rebuild by German troops during the German occupation of Poland (1939-1944/1945), due to the false belief that the German Order had build this castle.
