Memorial Jewish School

At this place was from 1928 the Jewish school of Aachen. After the November Progrom in 1938, this was the only school where Jewish children could get education.

The school was closed in 1942. Nearly all pupils are murdered in extermination camps.

The plaque is part of the project "Wege Gegen Das Vergessen" (Ways Against Forgetting).
