Memorial Jewish Forced Labour Camp

In November 1941 it was decided by the Gestapo to built a camp for 121 Jewish forced laborers in the area of the Kali Chemie AG in the Rhenaniastraße . Until their deportation in June 1942 they had to work 12 hours a day in the surrounding factories and severe hardships.

After their deportation the camp was used for prisoner of war who also had to perform forced labour.
