Pirna Protestant Cemetery contains a plot with 518 German war graves, most of the burials were soldiers or members of the Volkssturm. The graves were lying in rows, without individual headstones. The names of the casualties are written on large metal plates.
Pirna cemetery contains six graves of scholars who were killed during World War II while working for the air-defense. They were 16 and 17 years old.
