War & Liberation Memorial 'The Tree of Life' Dordrecht

In the Merwestein park is a statue in the shape of a tree of life. The bottom part means the war period and out of that new life is growing. A plaque in the pavement in front of the statue tells this is a war memorial.

The Tree of Life is made of white hard stone and is made by Hans Petri.
