These memorials are standing on the war cemetery of Stargard Szczecinski and commemorate:

- The Italian prisoners of war who perished in Stalag II D during the Second World War and are currently buried on this cemetery.
- The Russian soldiers who perished in the POW camp at Stargard during the First World War.
- The Jewish soldiers who perished in the POW camp of Stargard during the First World War.
- The Muslims who perished in the POW camp at Stargard during the First World War.

A plaque at the entrance contains the names of Belgian and Portugese prisoners of war who perished in the POW camp at Stargard.
