Memorial P-38 Lightning Srubec
This memorial commemorates 1st Lieutenant Robert W. Whitehead from 37th Squadron, 14th Fighter Group, 15th USAAF who on April 11, 1945 perished in wreckage of his P-38 Lightning after dogfight with German FW 190 near Srubec.
