Of the 303 Civilian casualties who were buried here at the Cemetery, another 66 graves with 91 victims were preserved and recognized as "Municipal War Grave".
The graves of the Civilian casualties on this Cemetery are marked with an Emblem, and are named by name on this monument. On the Emblem is the text "Municipal War Grave 40-45" and the Maastricht Star.
Under this Monument are also some Civilians buried in a common grave, these are also mentioned on this Monument.
In the meantime, a few graves of Civilian casualties have been found, which are not described on this Monument.
