German War Cemetery Meran/Merano

This German war cemetery started in 1943 to bury the soldiers who died in the military hospitals in Merano. After the war also other graves were brought to this cemetery. The cemetery contains 2586 war graves, including 1528 from the First World War and 1,058 from the Second World War.
