War Memorial Sistig

This memorial commemorates the residents of Sistig who were killed or missing in World War I and World War II.

Opposite the church, for the pastoral ministry, the civil community had a monument erected for the fallen of the First World War, the inauguration took place in 1932. The core of the monument is a wall made of quarry stone. On a flat stone base of St. Sebastian, pierced by an arrow. Left and right a basalt lava plate, left an initiation.
After WWII, two more basalt lava slabs were installed, only with the inscriptions + 1939 - 1945 +.
