Trenches on the Roteck

The Roteck is part of the Karnische Alpen or the Lienzer Dolomiten.
The Austians had here an forward trench system to stop the Italians before the main line near Sexten.
The Italians would never capture the forward trench system.

The Roteck can be reached by a walk of around 4 hours.
