Gravesite Vidkun Quisling

Grave site of the Norwegian politician Vidkun Quisling, known for collaboration with the Nazis. On April 9, 1940, with the German invasion of Norway in progress, he seized power in a Nazi-backed coup d'état. After end of WW2 he was found guilty of charges including embezzlement, murder and high treason. He was executed by a firingsquad at Akershus Fortress in Oslo on October 24, 1945.
