Festung Krakau - Fort 44a Pekowice
This fortress was built between 1985 and 1897 as part of the Austro-Hungarian Festung Krakau.
The fortress' artillery consisted of 4 'Senkpanzer' M.94 8cm gun turrets, which were demolished by the Germans in 1940 and melted for the war industry.
Today the fortress is privately owned property and currently undergoing renovations.
