Commonwealth War Grave Reid's Mill Cemetery

Reid's Mill Cemetery contains one Commonwealth war grave from World War I. Forrest A. Knowles is buried here.

Forrest enlisted in January 1916 with the 75th Depot Battery of Ottawa. He is listed as gunner. He was discharged in December 1918 but then re-enlisted in the Siberian Expeditionary Force. He contracted pneumonia on the ship to Siberia. He was returned to Canada in May 1919 when he was discharged from the military after a time in the Queen's Military Hospital.
