Under the former name is the symbol of the NS (Dutch Railways): a winged wheel.
This uniform plaque is located in 110 Dutch terminals of the NS and are made in memory of the killed personal staff of the NS during the war.
The plates were made in the various stations belonging to the district of the war dead.
The names of these servants are also written on the memorial `Monument for killed railway employees` in Utrecht.
