War Memorial Berchem
This memorial commemorates the combatants who died in the First World War.
A border with fencing and yew hedges from the street has been constructed against the Berchem cemetery for the monument that pays tribute to the Vuurkruisen 1914-1918.
The title "Vuurkruiser" was awarded to all who had received the "Fire Card", in other words all who had fought at the front.
