This monument in the cemetery commemorates the veterans and soldiers or civilians of Moelingen from the First and Second World Wars.

ULRICI Jean, veteran 14-18 and deported as a prisoner of war in WWII to camp Altengabouw in Germany. this was a camp for prisoners of war from countries such as Belgium, Britain, France and the Netherlands. Known as Stalag XI-A. (Stalag is an abbreviation for Mannschafsstam- und Straflager.) Jean Ulrici died in the camp on July 25, 1940.
