War Memorial Hermalle-sous-Huy

This memorial commemorates two soldiers from Hermalle-sous-Huy who died in the First World War.

BERNIER Hubert, age 20, private with the 12th line regiment, killed in action on August 6th, 1914 during the fierce fighting at Queue-du-Bois. (The second day of war for Belgiuim).

THIRION Emile, age 27, private with the 14th linieregiment, killed in action on October 24th, 1914 at Saint-Joris (Nieuwpoort).
