These memorial stones (so called Stolpersteine of stumbling blocks) commemorate:
Alexander Jutrosinski (born 1909, murdered in Minsk)
Frieda Benjamin (born 1884, murdered in Lodz)
Gretchen Benjamin (born 1893, murdered)
Anna Fells (born 1890, murdered in Chelmno in 1942)
Recha Hirsch (born 1898, murdered in Minsk)
Erna Jutrosinski (born 1886, murdered in Auschwitz)
Dr. Berthold Jutrosinski (born 1875, died on 26-1-1942)
Martin Kahn (born 1881, murdered in Minsk)
John Levie (born 1886, murdered in Auschwitz)
Manfred Levie (born 1918, murdered in Zamosc)
Irma Levie (born 1892, murdered in Auschwitz)
Joseph Möllerich (born 1885, murdered in Lodz)
Selma Möllerich (born 1895, murdered in Lodz)

The small brass plaques, in the pavement in front of houses of which the (mostly Jewish) residents were persecuted or murdered by the Nazis, mention the name, date of birth and place (mostly a concentration camp) and date of death.

In many other cities, mainly in Germany but also in other European countries, the memorials also can be found. There are already many thousands of these plaques and their number is still counting. Almost all Stolpersteine are laid by the German artist himself, Gunter Demnig.
