Stützpunkt Simon - 119a - Unterstand für Batterieführung

The full name of this type was 119a - Unterstand für Batterieführung.

From 24 July 1942 this was the headquarters of the 304th Infantry Division. From May 1943 to May 1944 the division-staff of the 18th Luftwaffe Field Division was located here, after that the staff of the 1st Company of Batallion 202, Regiment 79, Reserve Division 182 was housed here.

The bunkers are very well preserved, the 117a and the rare SK WC can be entered.
