Der Kaiser-tunnel (South Entrance)

The Kaiser-Tunnel was an underground tunnel system during the First World War. It was created in the period of November 1915 - March 1916. The main tunnel is over 350 metres long, but including the side tunnels the total is 455 metres.

Underground there were 5 generators, which took care of electricity and air refreshing. There was also an underground hospital and operating theatre.

2024:
Two tunnel entrances have been restored, old entrances show remains of air systems, among other things.
The area is littered with trenches and mine craters.
