Grote of Sint-Catharinakerk
On the night of 4 to 5 November 1944, some tall buildings in Heusden were blown up by the retreating Germans in order to avoid that they could be used as a lookout.
Amongst these buildings was the tower of the church. After the war, another tower was built on the church.
