War Memorial Carling & Memorial Battle of Warndt

This memorial commemorates the residents of Carling who were killed or missing in the Great War (World War I) and World War II and the war in Indochina (1946-1954).

The memorial stone commemorates 9 soldiers of the 3rd Batallion of the 156th R.I.F, who were killed in the Battle of Warndt, in September 1939.
