War Memorial Tholen

The monument in the middle of the photograph which provides the general view is to commemorate those that fell during the Second World War.
The monument has the shape of the Isle of Tholen and carries a text that can be translated as follows:

Remember all
those that fell
for our freedom

On the wall at the left of the monument there is a plaque for the soldiers that died in the period 1945 – 1962 in the Dutch East Indies.
The right hand wall does not have a plaque.
