Commonwealth War Grave Livry

In Livry is one Commonwealth war grave from World War II. The grave is not located on a cemetery.

Captain George Charles Grey of the Grenadier Guards was a Member of Parliament for Berwick on Tweed, England, at age 22. Rather than remain in England, he chose to serve in France and was killed as Operation Bluecoat began on July 30, 1944. His family determined that he should remain where he died at age 25, and thus this is a rare solitary Allied grave.
