Memorial Royal Army

This memorial commemorates the military and civilian staff who died in active service of the Royal Army. The text on the monument says:

THE STONE IS STRONG, BUT THE IRON BREAKS IT
THE IRON IS STRONG, BUT THE FIRE MELTS IT
THE FIRE IS STRONG, BUT THE WATER PUTS IT OUT
THE SUN IS STRONG, BUT THE CLOUD BLOTS IT OUT
THE CLOUD IS STRONG, BUT THE WIND URGES IT ON
THE WIND IS STRONG, BUT MAN RESISTS IT
MAN IS STRONG, BUT DEATH STRIKES HIM DOWN
DEATH IS STRONG, BUT LOVE IS STRONGER THAN DEATH

LOVE IS FOREVER
