Memorial Torenplein

The memorial plaque in Surhuisterveen was established in memory of three citizens who died by acts of war during the occupation.
The plaque contains the following text:

" In memory of our local fallen in the war 1940 - 1945
Taeke Schuilenga, Frans Dalstra, Sietze Gjaltema. "
