Gay Memorial The Hague

The memorial commemorate homosexuals who were suppressed or persecuted by their sexuality.

In World War II, in the Nazi-camps the homosexual men had to wear a pink triangle on their clothes.

In the Netherlands homosexuals were not active persecuted in World War II.
