Bullet Impacts 1st Drift Splisluizen

During the liberation of the city of Groningen in April 1945, there is heavy fighting to expel the occupier. Traces of which are still visible. From the New Ebbingestraat fought to Ebbinge Bridge and Boteringe Bridge, major transport links, including to the Scholtenhuis. At the corner of the building on the 1st Drift Spilsluizen are clearly visible bullet impacts.
