General Cemetery Kallenkote

At the General Cemetery in Kallenkote (Steenwijk) is one Dutch War Grave of World War ll and are a number of Allied wargraves. Also a number of Dutch veterans of the May 1940 war, who passed away after the war have been buried here.

One Dutch war grave is that of:
Emanuel Verveer, Resistance member, Shot on 13-10-1944 in Kallenkote, 35 years.
