Stützpunkt Dorsch - 622 - Doppelgruppenunterstand

This Stützpunkt was part of the German Atlantic Wall (Atlantikwall).

Stützpunkt Dorsch can be found on the "Ferme Vernaelde" farm. It's a youth camp and not accessible. It contains two ammunition bunkers (type 134), a kitchen bunker (type 134K) en two type 622 personal bunkers. There is also a small guardhouse and some open gun emplacements.

This was the 4th battery of Artillery Regiment 18, with 4 155mm sFH 414 (f) guns.
