Soviet-Polish War Cemetery Garwolin

The war cemetery of Garwolin contains the burials of 10.955 Soviet and Polish soldiers who fell during the Second World War. The victims can be divided into:

- 10.288 Soviet soldiers of the 16th tank corps and the 47st army (1st Belarusian Front).
- 405 Polish soldiers who fell between 1939 and 1944.
- 254 Soviet POW's.
