ERECTED TO PERPETUATE THE NAMES AND MEMORY OF OUR HONOURED DEAD AND THOSE WHO CARRIED ON IN THE GREAT WAR 1914-1918

The sides are inscribed with WW1 Battle Honours

The names of those killed in WW1 and WW2 from this small rural town are listed on the back of the memorial.
