Plaque Lancaster ME 722

At the Twistvliet Bridge (Twistvlietbrug) is this memorial plaque. The text is:

In commemoration of the crew of Lancaster PM-E ME722, which crashed close to this spot in Zwolle on 21 May 1944.
Three of the seven crew members perished:

Jonah Jones †
Maurice Pickles †
Bruce Davis
Joe Francis
Ted Moran
Dennis Sharp

This British bomber was excavated in December 2003,
